A flashing that does exactly what it’s supposed to – for tiles up to 120mm in profile.

The VELUX EDW tile flashing suits virtually every installation, and supersedes the EDZ as their standard tile flashing. VELUX flashing kits are designed to integrate your VELUX roof window perfectly into the roofing material, ensuring that your window is completely weathertight, whatever the conditions.

Flashings sit under the roofing materials, and then the water from the roof is collected in the built-in guttering system. The gutter overlaps a second section of the flashing to help the water flow smoothly down the side of the window. The flashing apron moulds to the roof material profile, to allow the water to drain away.

This is a flashing kit for installation of one roof window into flat or profiled roofing material up to 120mm in profile
